Hetty was always helpful and kind - Wonderful family tour

It has been a wonderful trip. We have spent great 20 days with a good and balanced combination at wildlife, nature, culture and leisure. We really enjoyed your country.

Our guide Hetty was always helpful and kind trying to make our vacations as easy as possible. Special thanks to him and to all staff. Nalin is a great helper, always ready to help. The driver Suranga very prudent and carefully. We were feeling very safe with him on the roads.

Same suggestions for the next families: please advise customers that doing a one-day safari is really exhausting. Parks are not well preparing with areas to rest enough. Better suggest 2 game drives even it increasing budget.

It has been a good selection of the hotels. Some of them very very pleasant with the exception of the last one. We understand however that options are more limited in this area.

All in all it has been a wonderful trip that we will keep in our memories long time.

Probably you have read the report we gave to Hetti. Unfortunately, while in Sri Lanka, we lost the form that Hetti gave to us but Cristina wrote it in a sheet of paper.

In this report we highlighted the very good feelings we had. It has been a very good combination of wildlife watching, cultural visits and beach. We agree with Nicolau comments, but we understand that the offer of hotels in some areas, like Wilpattu, were limited.

We also mentioned that a full-day safari (in Yala and Wilpattu) for a family is too much. Personally, for me it was ok, but for most of the group, it was too many hours in the car, with no possibilities to stop and go down the vehicle (only in one place at lunch time). Our opinion is that it is better to do a half-day safari (despite it increases the budget if you enter the park two times in a day), in order to be able to rest at the hotel by midday.

Although it was not a birding trip, I enjoyed very much the birding I did with Hetti. He is very good at it! He was also very good for the wildlife watching during all the trip. We enjoyed very much with the many sightings of leopards and bears. Also with the elephants, especially in Minneriya. And in general with the rest of widlife.

We would like to thank you very much to you and your team, for all the help, attention and care. We have really enjoyed the trip very much.

We have great memories of our journey in Sri Lanka!

All your team has been excellent, specially Hetti, a very kind full guide.

The safaris (and the divers of the jeeps) have been great and the visits in the monuments have been very interesting and we have enjoyed very much.

Only one think to consider: The majority of the hotels have been very good, specially Araliya Green Hills Hotel in Nuwara Eliya and Sorowwa Resort in  Habarana, but others heve been worst, like  Rest House in Kitulgala or Samanala Hotel in Wilpattu, wich was tha last one!

But the global impression of the trip is very nice. Thank you very much for the organization!
