Our travelling was relaxed and comfortable

Dear Jith,

We are back at the Tamarind Tree on our way home. I have insisted Erica come back home with me. She caught something in India and has been really unwell. I am not happy to leave her here. She needs to be properly diagnosed and treated. She is terribly disappointed as she really wanted to stay on but can see the wisdom in my words. 

We had a wonderful trip in Sri Lanka. Even driving back here from the airport we were both so happy to be here again. We have wonderful memories of the 10 days we travelled here.Our driver and guide Mr Senerath was fantastic. He is such a gentle, kind, intelligent man. Our travelling was relaxed and comfortable. The car was always cool and spotlessly clean. Our welfare, comfort and security was always his utmost priority. He was happy to talk to us, not just about what we were seeing, but the historical, religious, political and current significance of everything.  He was always happy to answer any of our questions. His knowledge is extensive. He even walked Horton's plain with us which was so kind of him. We were so sad to say goodbye to him.

Our accommodation was also very good. Cinnamon Wild Yala and Lighthouse at Galle in particular were absolutely stunning.  

The entire trip was faultless. I cannot thank you enough for your organisation. I will certainly recommend you to anyone who is travelling to Sri Lanka and look forward to planning another trip with you in the future. 

Thank you also for your kindness to Erica. I really appreciate you looking out for her when she is here. It makes me worry less.
